Working out

I always said, once I have a full time job I’ll look for a sport and define fix dates so that doing sport will become a routine without me having to think about it. We’ll I guess that means I have to do it now, luckily I have a good friend who’s really into bodybuilding and she asks me about my workout and food almost every single day, so It’s kind of hard to get around it. It’s like having a personal fitness instructor.  I don’t have it all figured out yet, but I try to work out 1-3 times a week and I’ve been doing quite good except that last week was a hustle at work so I kind of skipped that.  But now it’s back to the gym! I’ve also been eating supper healthy since I gained weight during my travels. I’m pretty much back to normal now so that’s really good. I actually took some progress pictures and the difference is huge!

  1. You’re looking great and fit! I like to eat healthy and also workout 1-3 times a week and whenever possible, I try to get to or as close to 10 000 steps a day. It makes a lot of difference on how I feel!
